Information regarding the advance purchase of official GMMTV merchandise for Japan Expo Malaysia 2026.
Options available: Mail delivery or on-site pickup at the merchandise sales venue.

*Advance-purchased items can be picked up at the venue during operating hours on July 24, 25, and 26, or delivered via mail.
You may select either on-site pickup or mail delivery when placing your order on the online store.
If you select on-site pickup, please visit the sales booth during operating hours to collect your items.
If you select mail delivery, shipping is scheduled to begin around August 3. Please note that this schedule is subject to change depending on circumstances.
If customers who selected on-site pickup are unable to collect their items at the venue during the event days, the items will be shipped to them at a later date upon payment of the shipping fee. Cancellations are not accepted. If you are unable to pick up your items during the event period, please be sure to contact the email address below with the following information:

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. * For international customers who select a shipping option but find the postage paid is insufficient, we will email an invoice for the balance either before or after dispatch. Please make the additional payment.
* For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all costs, including shipping fees and customs duties. All items will be shipped from Japan.
* For domestic shipments within Japan, a flat-rate shipping fee applies, so there will be no additional charges.
* Please note that no refunds will be issued if the actual shipping cost is lower than the amount paid, regardless of whether the shipment is domestic or international.
* All items are available in limited quantities. Please purchase early if there are specific items you wish to buy.
* Shopping bags are available but will be provided only while supplies last.
* Anyone may place a pre-order.
* Orders cannot be cancelled if you are unable to pick up pre-ordered items at the store. You will need to pick them up at a later date or have them shipped to you.
* Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues (such as failure to receive the package) if the item was shipped to the name and address provided on the e-commerce site or via email.
* In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other reasons, orders designated for store pickup will be shipped only after the shipping fee has been paid. Please place a store pickup order only if you agree to these terms.
* [How to Order]
Orders are placed via the e-commerce site.
In the delivery section, please select either "Shipping" or "Store Pickup" when placing your order.
Once payment is completed on the site, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email contains your order number, customer details, and a list of the items ordered.
When picking up items at the store, we will verify this email and your identification; please have them ready for quick confirmation. Please enter the same name as it appears on your ID when making the purchase. Order confirmation emails may not be delivered to non-Gmail addresses; please register with a Gmail address if possible. If you do not receive the email, please inform the staff of your name and the items ordered on the day of pickup, and we will assist you. You can pick up your items at the venue even if you do not receive a "ready for pickup" email after completing your order.
【Pickup Instructions】
Please join the designated queue for customers who have pre-purchased items. Upon pickup, we will verify your identification and ask you to sign a receipt.
A separate queue is available for same-day purchases.
The pre-purchase pickup line and the same-day purchase line are separate.
【Payment Methods】
Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
*Accepted credit and debit cards: JCB, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
*Payment must be made in a single lump sum.
【Purchase Limits】
There are currently no purchase limits, though we reserve the right to implement them depending on the situation.
Sales will end once stock runs out.
*Please refer to the thread for information regarding defective or missing items.
*Cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted.

【Regarding Defective or Missing Items】
Whether picking up a pre-purchased item or buying on the day of the event, please be sure to verify the product type and quantity with the sales staff at the time of receipt.
Please note that once the transaction is complete and you have left the register, we cannot address issues such as incorrect items or missing components, with the exception of defective products.
For pre-purchased items, you will be required to sign upon receipt.
We cannot address issues resulting from a failure to verify the contents after signing (excluding defective items), so please be sure to check everything on the spot.
If a defective item is found during in-store pickup, we will exchange it for a non-defective one.
However, exchanges cannot be accepted if a significant amount of time has passed since the pre-purchased item was collected.
Please report any issues on the day of pickup.
Depending on the circumstances, the exchange may need to be processed at a later date. For customers who purchased online and received items via mail, please submit an "unboxing video" if there are issues such as missing or defective items.
Cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted.
【Other Important Notes】
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues—such as failure to receive the package—if the item was shipped to the name and address specified on the e-commerce site or provided via email.
For customers ordering via forwarding services or having a proxy receive the items: if the intermediary receives and opens the package, we cannot address issues like defects or missing items without an unboxing video. Please understand this policy.
Please be sure to keep your receipt after payment. Without a receipt, we cannot process refunds or other resolutions for product issues, whether reported on the day of purchase or at a later date.

店舗受け取りを選択した方は開店時間中に店頭まで受け取りにお越しください。
郵送をご選択いただいた方は、8月3日頃から発送開始予定です。状況により、前後する可能性があります。

【注文方法】
ECサイトを通じてのご注文となります。
お届け先の欄では「発送」もしくは「ストアで受け取る」のどちらかご希望の方を選択してご注文お願いいたします。
ECサイト上で決済が完了しましたら、登録したメールアドレスに注文確認メールが届きます。そのメールには注文番号やお客様の情報、注文した商品が記載されております。
商品を店頭受け取りの際には、こちらのメールと身分証明書を確認させていただきますので、すぐに確認できるようご用意ください。購入の際には身分証明書と同じ名前の記入をお願いいたします。gmail以外ですと注文確認メールが届かない可能性があります。可能であればgmailでの登録をお願いいたします。メールが届いていない場合は当日、スタッフにお名前と注文した商品をお伝えください。対応いたします。
注文完了後には受け取り準備完了メールなどが届かなくても、店舗受け取り可能です。
【当日の受け取り方法】
事前購入の方が商品を受け取るための列をご用意しておりますので、そちらにお並びください。受け取りの際は身分証明書を確認させていただき、受領書にサインをしていただきます。
当日購入の方は当日購入用の列がございます。
事前購入の受け取りと当日購入の列は別れております。

クレジットカード、デビットカード、PayPal、Apple Pay、Google Pay のご使用が可能です。

【不良品、欠品対応について】
事前購入受け取り・当日購入を問わず、商品受け取りの際には必ず販売スタッフと一緒に、商品の種類や点数をご確認ください。
会計が完了しレジを離れた後は、不良品を除き、誤品や不足等への対応はできかねますのでご了承ください。
事前購入受け取りの方につきましては、お受け取り時にサインをしていただきます。
サイン後の内容確認漏れによる対応（不良品を除く）はできかねますので、必ずその場でご確認をお願いいたします。
店舗受け取りの方で不良品があった場合は、良品との交換対応をさせていただきます。
ただし、事前購入商品の受け取りから時間が経過している場合は、交換をお受けできません。
問題があった場合は、受取当日中にご申告ください。
状況により、後日の交換対応となる場合もございます。郵送で事前購入された方で、欠品や不良品等の問題がある場合には、「開封動画」のご提出をお願いいたします。
お客様都合によるキャンセルはお受けできません。
【その他注意事項】
ECサイトに設定、もしくはメールなどでお伝え頂いた宛名、住所に発送を行ったにも関わらず、受け取れないなどのトラブルが起きた場合は責任を負えませんのでご了承ください。
転送サービスを用いた発送や、代理人による受取を通して商品を注文される方は、仲介される方が受け取って開封された場合、開封動画が無ければ、不良品や欠品などへの対応ができません。ご了承ください。
レジで会計後は必ずレシートをお持ち帰りください。レシートがない場合は当日中、後日に関わらず商品の問題があった場合の返金等に対応することができません。ご了承ください。
