*Pre-ordered items and items ordered on the day of the event will be picked up at the merchandise booth at the venue on the day of the event, Saturday, August 3. Please be sure to come to the event venue to pick them up.
*If you cannot pick up at the venue on the day of the event, you will be required to pay the shipping fee at a later date and the item will be shipped to you. Cancellation is not possible.
It will be shipped from Thailand, not Vietnam.
*On the day of the event, you can line up 30 minutes before the merchandise sales start time.

*All items are limited in quantity. If you have a product you want, please purchase it as soon as possible.
*Plastic bags will be available, but they will be available until they are gone.

[How to order]
Orders are made through the EC site.
Once payment is completed on the EC site, an order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. The email will include your order number, customer information, and the product you ordered. We will check this email when you receive your product, so please have it ready to check immediately. If you do not use gmail, you may not receive the order confirmation email. If possible, please register with gmail. If you do not receive the email, please tell a staff member your name and the product you ordered. We will assist you.
If you cannot purchase from the EC site, we will guide you through another way to purchase.
[How to receive products on the day of the event]
There will be a line for same-day sales and a line for those who have pre-ordered to receive products.
If you are purchasing on the day, please line up in the dedicated line and we will guide you about ordering. If you are purchasing on the day, you can pay by cash.
If you are receiving a pre-ordered item, please line up in the designated line, and when it is your turn, please show the order confirmation email to a staff member. We will hand over the item to you.

*Pre-ordered items will be picked up on the day of the event, Saturday, August 3rd. Please be sure to come and pick them up at the event venue on that day.
*We do not deliver products at this event. Please be sure to come and pick them up at the event venue.
If you are unable to pick up at the venue on the day of the event, you will be asked to pay the postage fee later and the item will be shipped to you. Cancellation is not possible. It will be shipped from either Japan or Thailand, not from Vietnam.
*All items are limited in quantity. If you have a product you want, please purchase it as soon as possible.

❗️Các sản phẩm sẽ được nhận tại sự kiện vào ngày 03/08/2024 (thứ Bảy). Vui lòng đến nhận hàng tại địa điểm tổ chức sự kiện vào ngày hôm đó.
- Đợt này, chúng tôi sẽ không ship hàng từ sự kiện. Mong các bạn vui lòng đến nhận hàng tại địa điểm tổ chức sự kiện. Nếu bạn không thể đến nhận hàng vào ngày sự kiện, bạn sẽ phải thanh toán thêm phí ship và hàng sẽ được gửi đến bạn sau đó. Lưu ý không thể huỷ đơn. Hàng sẽ được gửi từ Nhật Bản hoặc Thái Lan, không phải từ Việt Nam.
- Vì số lượng hạn chế. Nếu bạn muốn mua sản phẩm, hãy đặt hàng sớm.
- Chúng tôi có cung cấp túi nilon để đựng sản phẩm. Nhưng số lượng có hạn chế.

- Cách Thức Đặt Hàng: Đặt hàng thông qua trang web EC. Sau khi hoàn tất thanh toán trên trang web, bạn sẽ nhận được email xác nhận đơn hàng gửi đến địa chỉ email bạn đã đăng ký. Email này sẽ có mã đơn hàng, thông tin của bạn và các sản phẩm đã đặt. Bạn cần chuẩn bị email này để kiểm tra khi nhận hàng. Nếu có thể, vui lòng đăng ký bằng email Gmail, vì có thể email xác nhận không đến được nếu bạn sử dụng email khác. Nếu không nhận được email, vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên bằng tên của bạn và sản phẩm đã đặt trong ngày sự kiện. Chúng tôi sẽ hỗ trợ bạn.
Cách Nhận Hàng Vào Ngày Sự Kiện: Chúng tôi sẽ có một hàng đợi dành cho những người đã đặt hàng trước để nhận hàng. Bạn hãy xếp hàng tại đó và khi đến lượt, vui lòng xuất trình email xác nhận đơn hàng cho nhân viên.
Phương Thức Thanh Toán: Chúng tôi chấp nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng, Apple Pay và Google Pay.
